Spiritual Reflection

Through pure meditation, pure thought, we are in a position to reflect upon our inner divinity. If we can stay for five minutes without any thought in our minds -whether divine or undivine, good or bad -then we immediately get the reflection of our soul. This inner soul represents our divine perfection in both our outer and inner life. We have to remain all the time deep inside the inmost recesses of our inner being, for it is from here that the actual inner illumination comes to the fore. This is spiritual reflection.
