O my Lord Supreme,
Do bless me at every momentSo that I can walk through
The Golden GatesOf Your Will.
```The daily newness of my heart
Is enabling me to run fast —Faster than the fastest —
To my goal. ```Silently, softly, sweetly
My soul speaksTo my heart, mind, vital and body.
```Yours will be a tremendous
Success and progressIf you are devoted to all
The rules and regulations. ```If the mind
Gets malicious pleasureIn disobedience,
This mind will be worseThan a devil.
```God-discovery
Will not remain farIf you can leave
Your aspiration-heart-doorWide open.
```You have to explore the unknown
If you want to get blessingsFrom the Unknowable.
```World-transformation is teamwork.
Your body, vital, mind, heart and soulMust work together.
```Ask not why there is nobody
At God’s Palace Gate.Ask why you are
Not there yourself! ```The austerity of the mind
Does not last.It again goes back
To doubt-indulgence-life. ```If you have abundant
Faith in God,Do you not think that
God will have at least the same in you,If not infinitely more?
```There are seekers
Who extol God’s Beauty, God’s PowerAnd God’s Light.
I only extol God’s Forgiveness. ```Whether rightly or wrongly,
Each generation maintains the rightTo define God in its own way.
```The outer enemies we may confront
Only once.But the inner enemies —
Doubt, suspicion and disobedience —We confront every day.
```Do not blame God
If you fail by yourself.God has asked you so many times
Not to toil alone and unassisted. ```If your heart
Is empty of intensity,Then how will you ever
Grow receptivity? ```Is there any problem
That is not heavy and oppressiveIn our life?
Is there any problem that is not? ```A seeker is he
Who basksIn the Compassion-Sunshine
Of the Lord Supreme. ```Spirituality does not relax,
Does not perplex.Spirituality only injects
DivinityInto our aspiration-heart.
```Countless prayer-cries
And countless meditation-smilesWe need
To realise God. ```Our surrender-heart
And surrender-lifeWill always succeed
In our inner life and outer life as well. ```There are a few mind-diseases
Incurable.Needless to say,
Disobedience tops the list! ```The eventual extinction
Of ignorance-nightIs not our mental hallucination.
It is a God-Promise-Announcement. ```I have once more
Started studyingIn my childhood eagerness-school.
```Why waste your time
Repairing your old aspiration-train,Once you become the possessor
Of a new aspiration-train? ```My Lord,
You are so kind to me.You have allowed my heart
To speak for me. ```To smile soulfully and unreservedly
Is a momentous success-jumpIn the inner world.
```God does not use His Mind
To understand our prayers.He uses His Heart
To feel our prayers. ```Your heart has to be
As clear as daylight.Your mind has to be
As plain as water.Then God will not be able
To hide from you. ```Come right out and say
That God’s CompassionIs for you
And your dedicationIs only to God.
```Everything has to obey
The inevitable.Again, everything can be transformed
If the Touch of God is available. ```You just want to put
Powerful pressure on your doubt.That is not enough!
It has to surrender to youTotally and unconditionally.
```Never keep
Your appointmentsWith unaspiring thoughts.
```“My Lord,
Give me what I needAnd not what I want.”
This prayer is not just ordinary,But extraordinary!
```Do not use
Your aspiration-elevatorAlone.
Take others with you,If you want to succeed
Most convincingly. ```When will your life
Be in aspiration-readinessAnd dedication-readiness,
O when? ```Discard your brooding heaviness-mind
And life-darkening vital.Lo and behold,
Divinity’s victory will be all yours! ```Your slightest negligence
Will indefinitely delayGod’s God-manifestation
On earth. ```Finally God has revoked
All the privileges that He gaveTo my suppressive mind
And oppressive vital. ```Surrender to God’s Will
Is the beginningOf God’s Dream-manifestation
On earth. ```I do not want to be a subscriber
To God’s Light and God’s Delight.I just want to be a subscriber
To God’s Compassion-Eye. ```Every time we come into the world,
We get tremendous pleasure in sayingWe live in an age of transition.
```There is only one way
To sit at God’s Feet,And that way is to offer
Your heart’s streaming tearsAnd your soul’s beaming smiles
To God. ```The determination to try
Again and againIs the beginning
Of our God-satisfaction. ```Do not ponder your misfortunes.
Go forward!Life is not a risky business.
Life is a God-satisfaction-promise. ```God does not ask us to make
A life-risking commitment.He asks us to make
A God-life-manifestation-commitment. ```If you are fearful
Of losingGod’s Cosmic Game,
Then God-realisationWill always be a far cry.
Therefore,Be brave, be brave, be brave!
```There is no such thing
As ordinary prayer.All prayers are special
In their own right. ```My mind’s tardiness
Will never have timeTo meet with the readiness
Of God’s Heart. ```Come, come, my Lord Supreme,
To wake meWith Your Thunder-Feet
From the age-old ignorance-sleep! ```There are many things
That the mind needs.The most important thing
The mind needsIs the beauty of purity-blossoms.
```The God-Hour
Means the smileOf infinite Power.
```If you do not feed your hope
Every dayWith your aspiration-heart,
Then how can you succeedIn your life?
```What is hesitation,
If notAn opportunity-squanderer-mind?
```What is indifference,
If not the indulgenceOf self-confinement?
```When our mind is captured
By feeble facts,We do not allow our mind
To sing and danceWith the beauty and power
Of realities. ```O where is our peace?
It is all imprisonedBy our doubting mind!
```I do not need
The God of distant worlds.I do not need
The God of the past.I need the God
Who lives here in the breath of now. ```Life is fruitless,
Life is uselessWhen God-service is missing.
```The mind-ship does not realise
That quite often it is travellingInside doubt-jealousy-suspicion-waters.
```Devotion is not
An insignificant thing.It is infinitely more valuable
Than you can ever imagine. ```The more I see the rapidity
Of the machine-world,The more I see futility
Dancing all around us. ```It is so easy for doubt
To come to usUnder the garb
Of implicit frankness. ```When my heart sings,
It is so soul-stirringThat the mind can never
Comprehend. ```The joy
A self-giving heart embodiesCan never be matched.
```We are born on earth
To prove that every dayA new God
With a new PromiseTakes birth in each human heart.
```If the heart’s belief
Does not become the life’s action,Then that belief is hardly better
Than disbelief. ```What is happiness,
If not somethingThat is mixed with unseen pain?
```When I do not allow my mind
To govern me,Then my heart gets a free access
To God’s Will. ```As the mind’s discoveries
Have no end,Even so, the heart’s inventions
Will never end. ```God tells my mind
That if it agrees to take from GodAs much as possible,
Then He will give everythingAs soon as possible.
```Let us once and for all
Be frank with ourselves.Do we have an irresistible urge
To please God the Expectation,Or do we have an irresistible urge
To feed our own countless expectations? ```God has been playing
His Compassion-GameFor a great many years.
He has now decidedTo play a new Game:
Justice-Height. ```Alas, humanity’s ingratitude
Is deeperThan the bottomless ocean!
```Alas, our wild vital
Is overpowering usLike a ferocious tiger
Devouring its prey. ```Alas, do you not see
That your doubting mindHas arrested your inner progress-smiles?
```Our frustration says
What we cannot.God’s Compassion says
What we can. ```The mind has
Its monkey-tricks.The heart has
Its deer-speed. ```Most of us do not love God
With our aspiration-heart.We just revere Him
With our mindAt a safe distance.
```The heart-lover can embrace us
Only when we realiseThat the mind is a constant deceiver.
```Everything that is beautiful
And fruitfulGrows on our life’s humility-tree.
```A lion-hearted
God-fulfilment-determinationIs all that he needs.
```A purity-heart is, indeed,
A straight pathTo God’s Satisfaction-Smile.
```The final and decisive battle is over
Inside my mind.From now on I shall be
Only for God. ```I do not need
A master magician-mind.I need a singer-musician-heart.
```To have a simplicity-life
And a sincerity-mindIs, indeed, a decisive victory
In our spiritual life. ```Everything that God has and is
Is definitely approachableAnd usable.
```If you have a heart
That is not marred by flaws,Then God’s Will can dance
Inside your heart-garden. ```An aspiration-heart relinquishes
As soon as possibleIts ignorance-employment.
```Listening to God’s Will
Is not enough.It has to be constant,
Plus conscious. ```God every day expects
Something more divine and perfectFrom His chosen ones.
```A God-hungry aspiration
Can be satisfiedOnly with higher Dreams
And Realities of God. ```Where is God’s Love?
Alas, it is shrouded in man’sAbysmal obscurity and impurity.
```Alas, when will I realise
That the very Name-utterance of GodIs a great privilege in my life?
```Alas, when will I realise
That each momentIs a golden
God-manifestation-opportunity? ```Alas,
My heart-bank has become bankruptBecause I have taken for so many years
Mind-information-education. ```God does not want us to be ready
For the unknown rivers of sorrow.He asks us only to swim and sing
In today’s happiness-multipliedMurmuring rivers.
```He who has turned his life
Towards GodConsciously and devotedly
Will, without fail, succeedEither in the immediacy of today
Or in the very near future. ```The soul does not
Command us.It only whispers.
```Our excellence-virtues can lead us
Right up to God’s Palace Gate.But our unconditional surrender
Will immediately lead us to God’s Throne,Where He is always available.
