A pillarOf man’s inner society.
```Your turn is coming!
You have to proveThat you are definitely worthy
Of God’s Compassion-Blessing-Sky. ```No matter when he speaks,
No matter what he says,He always quotes
From God’s Forgiveness-Lectures. ```Unless you can turn your life
Into happiness-curry,You will never get the ingredients
For realisation-meal. ```Every morning without fail
He uses his aspiration-alarmTo awaken not only himself
But also everybody elseFrom ignorance-sleep.
```Do not be a fool!
There cannot be any hiding placeFor your ignorance
In your inner life of aspiration. ```He has covered half the way
To God-realisation.This experience his mind takes
As encouragingAnd his heart takes
As discouraging. ```Silence your mind totally
If you want to seeThe illumination-sun
Inside your heart. ```My heart-carpenter
Has promised to build for meA beautiful shrine
Where I can worshipMy Eternity’s Lord Supreme.
```I may not know where
Your hiding place is,But definitely I know
That you are not doingThe right thing by hiding.
```God is always ready
To shepherd you home.But will you ever care
For His Help? ```My Lord,
Where were YouWhen I needed You?
“My child,What did you do
When you had Me?” ```One extraordinary deed
Made his life worthwhile,And that deed
Was establishing his heart’sSleepless oneness.
```My heart is always ready
To be with God,No matter where He is,
Even when He is inHis Amusement Park
And not inHis Enlightenment Garden.
```A bountiful smile:
This is the eternal giftOf the Master
To his disciple. ```Every day
You must renewYour heart’s aspiration-visa.
```Reclaim
Your soulfulness-life.Reclaim
Your eagerness-heart.Reclaim
Your perfection soul. ```Our mountain of possessions
May satisfy the beggar in usBut not the God-lover in us,
Who has already got GodFor his own.
```The delight-plant is very delicate.
Be careful when you touch itAnd be prayerful when you water it
With your heart’s devotion-cry. ```You are not ready to buy
God’s Lottery Ticket,For you are afraid of the power
Of man-possessed wealth. ```If you are waiting for your heart
To strengthen itself,If you are waiting for your mind
To straighten itself,If you are waiting for your life
To enlighten itself,Then, alas, I don’t think you will have
One moment of true happiness. ```If you do not attend
Your aspiration-class every day,Who will revive
Your soul’s lofty missionOn earth?
```God’s eternal Toy
Is man’s fulfilling heartOf gratitude.
```There are very few
Human beings on earthWho can play satisfactorily
On their life’s gratitude-piano. ```To eat every day
A sweet hope-orangeIs not a difficult task.
```Even an iota of aspiration-light
Will strengthen you to ignoreThe dark world-criticism.
```If you think you are unique,
Then show me that you areNot willingly standing
On the world’s ignorance-shore. ```There is a sign
On God’s Front Gate.It says only to come in
And not to go out. ```You have proved to me
That God is approachable.I have proved to you
That God is lovable.You have proved to me
That God’s Sound-LifeIs for everybody.
I have proved to youThat God’s Silence-Life
Is only for a select few. ```How can full satisfaction
Claim youUnless you disown
Your insecurity-property? ```Every day my heart sails
In the golden boatOf imagination-delight.
```Nothing can be
As beautiful and fruitfulAs divinity’s God-illumination-souvenirs.
```Secretly he receives from God
God’s Compassion-Letters.Openly he reads to God
Man’s ingratitude-letters. ```The sorrows
Of his heartSteer the boat
Of his progress-life. ```I see God’s Purity-Face
Inside flowers.I see God’s Beauty-Face
Inside children. ```I have given up
All my mind’s fantasies.Therefore, God has given me
His Heart-Dreams of intimacy. ```If you want to climb
The God-Satisfaction-Tree,Then brave the buffets
Of your insecurity-thoughts. ```God’s Compassion-Smile
Is for everyone.But alas,
Very few human beingsValue it.
```Tell me Your Will, my Lord.
Am I supposed to beAhead of Your Satisfaction-Heart,
Or am I supposed to beBehind Your Compassion-Eye?
```How to feed the inner cry?
Just try to claimA higher life
As your own. ```Heaven’s immigration officers
Rejected himBecause his aspiration-passport
Had expired long ago. ```Here in this very body
I shall not only seeThe Heart of God
But also revealThe Life of God.
```At every moment
What I needIs an injection of divine energy
To climb upMy life’s aspiration-tree.
```No matter how impure
A human heart is,God does not withdraw
His Promise-ManifestationIn and through it.
```You are afraid of appearing
At the aspiration-examination,But you are longing
For the realisation-results. ```Earth entertains Heaven
With its purity-cries.Heaven enlightens earth
With its beauty-smiles. ```The mind’s luxury
And the heart’s povertyAre quite often available
Inside the same body. ```Enthusiasm and self-transcendence
Are two greatComplementary realities.
```He who cheerfully enjoys
His responsibility’s weightIs a chosen instrument
Of God-Eternity. ```Hill-climbing aspiration
Is always necessaryFor the fastest progress
In life. ```His mind’s roommate
Is a jealousy-criminal.His heart’s roommate
Is an ecstasy’s self-transcendence-rival. ```In my heart’s home,
Everybody will be invitedTo come
And nobody will be askedTo go.
```My mind,
I do not want youTo be an offensive thinker,
But an expansion-lover. ```My Lord, You tell me
If I am tired.If I am tired,
Do take care of meWhile I am resting!
```What happens
When the inspiration-cageIs smashed?
The aspiration-bird insideDies.
```Your unwillingness
Is not predestined.Your oneness-heart
With God’s WillIs predestined.
```May each life become
A hope-fountainSo that each heart will become
Beauty’s joy. ```Your soulful smile
RepresentsGod’s Satisfaction-Mirror
In you. ```Why do you allow your aspiration-life
To be hamperedBy indulgence-flow?
```Every day God asks me
If I enjoy His Affection-TouchOn my shoulder.
```Surrender-perfume
PermeatesHis entire being
Every day. ```God has come to you
To see your soulful heartOf aspiration,
Not your hurtful faceOf frustration.
```I am happy
When I am not the owner,But God is the Owner,
Of my heart’s obedience-light. ```Do not surrender
To your reluctance-body.Be one with your heart
And fight against it! ```You are a do-it-yourself seeker.
Therefore, God’s CompassionDoes not want to interfere
In your life. ```It is high time
For you to free yourselfFrom your unbelievably powerful
Ignorance-instigated deeds. ```You are telling me
That you are tiredOf the amusement-life.
Then why are you not mixingWith the enlightenment-heart?
```You are afraid of discarding
Your desire-knife.But you can at least blunt the edge
Of your desire-knife. ```Aspire soulfully and sleeplessly.
You will see thatThe death-dealing hand of time
Will be transformed intoThe life-flowing heart of time.
```It is an easy task
For your heartTo smell the sweet fragrance
Of your soul. ```God’s Compassion-Smile
Is the matchless salaryOf a God-employee.
```His vital is happy
That at long lastIt is able to enjoy vacation
From its aggression-destruction-life. ```At every moment
God’s Heart-BoatOffers new room
To new passengers. ```God’s Eye
AndMy heart
Met togetherOnly to shed ceaseless tears.
```His heart’s paradise-sun shines
Wherever and wheneverHis Master compassionately
Writes his name. ```If you do not nourish your heart
With love,You will not be able to go
Even a step fartherIn the inner world.
```The sweetest fruit
Of HeavenIs man’s unconditional
Surrender. ```I always thought
I was special,But now I see
That I have been fooling myselfInside my mind’s
Illusion and delusion-forest. ```The year
Is ending today.My earth-fear
Is also ending today.And my Lord’s displeasure with me
Is also ending today. ```At last I am now able
To discard my jealousy-dammedMind-machine.
```In the inner world
Each man is blessedWith the opportunity
To recreate his outer life. ```If you have the capacity-key,
Then the opportunity-doorCannot remain forever locked.
```Unless you discard
Your mind’s dictionary of excuses,God will not grant you
His Dictionary of Love and Peace. ```Take a deep dive
In your consciousness-pond.You will be totally transformed
And perfectly ready for God. ```You must never allow your mind
To be callousTo your heart’s God-needs.
```Every day
God wants me to show HimMy life’s determination-jaw.
```My Lord,
If You do not wantTo give me freely,
At least allow me to borrowA pair of ignorance-cutting scissors.
```If you are not pure
At every moment,You will not be able
To stay permanently insideYour heart’s hope-blossoming garden.
```The soul is God’s lawyer.
Be careful when you are dealingWith God’s lawyer:
The lawyer is alwaysOn God’s side.
```Invite God
With your heart’s aspiration-silence.He will definitely come.
```Temptation has retarded your progress;
Therefore, you are sad.But I tell you,
This is a universal experience! ```My Lord,
How long am I supposed to remainWith man
In his extremely coldUnwillingness-climate?
```No desire knows
What it actually wants.It only unconsciously expedites
The express arrivalOf death.
```There is nothing wrong
When you laughAt a doubt-orphan.
Truth to tell,A doubt-orphan
Deserves to be ridiculed! ```O my sweet Master,
Do help me to rememberEvery day
That I came to you to beYour absolutely perfect disciple.
```O my sweet Master,
Do help me to rememberEvery day
That your indifference-eyeIs my life’s immediate death.
```O my sweet Master,
Do help me to rememberEvery day
That it is not IWho am dedicated to you
But it is youWho are dedicated to me.
I am just watchingYour heart’s constant dedication-life.
