```Nothing is permanent here on earth
Except one thing:The immortal hope of my soul-bird
For full God-manifestationOn earth.
```Your mind is caught
By self-righteousness.Your heart is caught
By indolence.Therefore, your life
Can never remain wide awakeTo God’s Vision-Call.
```God does not want to fail.
ThereforeHe will not allow humanity
To disappoint Him. ```A seeker of the absolute Truth
Will every day be blessedWith a whisper-breath
From Heaven’s Fulness-Delight. ```If you allow
Your aspiration to sleep,Your life will die
Even before you dreamOf its death.
```The only way
To amputate imperfection successfullyIs the sleepless surrender
Of your entire beingTo God’s omniscient Will.
```Do not doubt Truth.
Truth loves you.Do not fear Truth.
Truth will liberate you. ```You are indulging in temptation.
That means you are invitingDestruction-sword.
Be careful! ```Only a soul
Liberated fromThe meshes of ignorance
Can have a heartOf God-Ecstasy.
```God’s Tennis Court
Is meant only for thoseWho like to play all the time
Surrender-game. ```Audit your aspiration
With your life’s self-givingVision-light.
```My soul is extremely fond
Of the silenceIn a seeker’s hermit-heart.
```You do not want to become
God’s Toy.Therefore
Why should GodEmploy you?
```He thinks
That he cannot becomeAnother God.
ThereforeHe vilifies God,
He even denies God! ```My inner faith-doctor
Easily curesMy outer doubt-disease.
```My Beloved Supreme,
Your Eye told meWhat to do,
And Your HeartIs teaching me
How to do it. ```How can your inner life prosper
When you are out of tuneWith your Master?
```Two seeker-hearts
May not look alike,But they have
The selfsame goal. ```If you want to find yourself,
Then you definitely needA Heavenward-soaring
Aspiration-heart. ```As the soul
Makes a non-stop journeyFrom God to man,
Even so,The heart is needed
To make a non-stop journeyFrom man to God.
```God does not need your love,
Since your love for yourselfIs as important
As your love for God. ```Because you are determined
To hide,Do not think that God
Is also determinedTo search for you.
```If you take a detour
Around your mind,God will lead you
Into His universal Heart-Home. ```God’s Compassion-Eye
Is always in command.Therefore
My life is a happiness-song. ```What separates me
From God?My self-styled unwillingness.
```I cannot believe
God’s Compassion-EyeIs asking my surrender-life
To compete with It! ```I am not asking you
To run.I am asking you
Just to walk,Since you are a beginner.
```If you are discouraged
And disheartened,Then God will definitely
Feel miserable. ```What a delight to know
That once upon a timeI was God’s conscious partner!
```Do not forget
That an iota of self-givingIs still self-giving.
```Purity
Is a subject.Doubt
Does not studyThat subject.
```If you have a secret love
For your past failure,How can you have any love
For your present success? ```Years from now
You will be happyThat I cared
For your heart’s cryAnd that you cared
For my soul’s smile. ```Doubt
Doubts my belief,But belief
Illumines my doubt. ```Lord,
You were so far away!Therefore
I had to take shelterIn my mind’s austerity-cave.
```My ignorance-master
Has forbidden meTo possess liberation-wealth.
```Desire-wind
Powerfully blowsOnly to put you
To death-sleep. ```The sweetness
Of his silence-prayerKeeps him powerfully alive.
```My soul
Has made it a pointTo come always
To my heart’s aid. ```He who cheerfully gives
Is a flowing river.He who ungratefully receives
Is a stagnant pond. ```Alas,
What am I seeing?I am seeing
Your setting divinity-sun! ```If you want to regret,
Then regret.If you want to forget,
Then forget.Only you must not remain
Imperfect. ```A twentieth-century seeker
Needs independenceBoth inner and outer
To becomeA perfect instrument of God.
```A heart of love
AndA soul of promise:
DefinitelyA winning combination.
```God’s Compassion-Eye
Is all you need.Everything else is useless,
Therefore unwanted. ```A turbulent trip
But not a dangerous crashMarked his heart’s journey
In his aspiration-plane. ```Even if you take a slow start,
There shall come a timeWhen you will be able to achieve
The rocket-speedOn your way to the destination.
```An iota of insecurity
Has the power of ten elephants,Not only to destroy your life
But also to destroyAll your inner potentialities
And outer possibilities. ```I fold my devotion-hands
So that God’s Compassion-EyeCan play the role
Of the strongest magnet. ```If you are an unhappy seeker,
And if you are in the habitOf grumbling,
You will soon be forcedTo live a counterfeit life
Of spirituality. ```If you live
In the land of desires,Your mind is bound
To be helplessAnd your heart is bound
To be homeless. ```He has absconded
From the city of imperfection.Therefore
He is now befriendedBy satisfaction.
```Do not live
In the vital-village any more.It is high time for you to live
In your soul’s universal country. ```One doubtful mind
Has instigated another doubtful mind.This is why the world
Is on the verge of destruction. ```Frustration-floor
Has to be washed every daySo that perfection-beauty
Can blossomIn our aspiration-life.
```An insecure seeker
Cannot be a great sprinterIn the aspiration-world.
```O my poor soul,
To me you are nothingBut a shipwrecked navigator.
```You have lost
Your aspiration-heart.That means
I shall not seeYour dedication-life
Any more. ```Brighten your heart’s
Aspiration-flames.God will enlighten
Your God-approaching life. ```An illumination-heart:
This is what you are.A confusion-mind:
This is what you have. ```God has given man’s faith
The capacity to shortenGod’s Justice-Hour.
```Where is the difference
Between your hesitation-heartAnd your confusion-mind?
Where? ```What makes you think
You are a total failure?I tell you,
In God’s Eye,You have never failed
And you never will. ```The soul compassionately
Waits and waitsFor the mind to be ready
To receive GodAnd His infinite Compassion-Light.
```Every day
Sincerity and humilityGo to God to see
If they can do somethingFor Him.
```God’s Compassion-Sun
And my aspiration-flameHave decided on a merger.
```To reach
The dream-flooded heights,I need a soulful cry
And notA hurtful despair.
```Do not be exasperated
With yourself.Go and present yourself
At God’s special Heart-Room.He is all ready to receive you.
```He likes to keep his life
AlwaysUnder the special Heart-Canopy
Of God. ```Your determination
And God’s CompassionEnjoy seeing your life
Under perpetual construction. ```Somehow God and I
Have become two compatriotsAnd derive much satisfaction
From each other. ```Where were you
When God looked for youSo desperately
Inside your heart-room? ```Excellence-edifice
Cannot be founded onThe stale achievements
Of the past. ```Humanity
And its overcrowded worry-roomsSurprisingly remain together.
```By singing his life’s
Surrender-songsHe has remarkably improved
The beauty of his heart’sAspiration-cry.
```My heart is teaching me
How to be pure.My soul is teaching me
How to be happy. ```Your impurity-mind
ProvesYour unillumined life.
```It is a painful task
For meTo befriend stark fools.
It is an impossible task
For meTo be of any real help to them.
```Humility-host
Has the rare capacityTo richly enjoy the company
Of any guest. ```His ambiguous mind’s freedom
From doubt-hallucinationDid not last long.
```His over-fed ego
Cannot believeThat he has
An equality-heart. ```His mind has retired.
UnfortunatelyIt is now reduced
To inactivity-ashes. ```Whenever you are ready,
God will examine you.There is no deadline.
```He does not believe
Even in a temporaryDiscipline-life.
He only believesIn his luxury-life.
```At any time
You can visit God.He has a twenty-four-hour
Receiving service. ```He is so undivine
That even the hostile forcesDo not mind
If he remains untouched. ```My love of God
And God’s Love of meEnjoy giving mutual shelter.
```Unwanted third-class seekers
Are everywhere available.But you are not expected
To be one of those. ```Since your heart
Is a fast starter,Your life can be
A fast finisher. ```Dissatisfaction-tiger
Is devouring youBecause you have crossed
The disobedience-border. ```Because you are
Your lukewarm aspiration,Heaven is
Its cool indifference. ```He is all ready
To burnHis unhappy heart-boat.
```His soulful heart
And his powerful eyesTogether
Take God-manifesting exercisesEvery day.
```Each life
Is a love-lit lampTo illumine
Humanity’s sorrows. ```When the seeker disobeys
His Master,It is the beginning
Of his spiritual death.When the Master withdraws
From the seeker,It is the completion
Of his spiritual death. ```My life came
