But inside the bodyThe message of Eternity
And the love of Infinity abide,And in time
They come to the fore. ```An unconditional obedience
Can never be the mistakeOf human thinking.
```Eternity’s cry and Infinity’s smile
Shall always triumphOver every thing
And over every human being. ```The truth that lies
Upward and inwardCan be carried into
The farthest Beyond. ```You can learn much
Even from a beginner-seeker,Provided purity is your heart
And sincerity is your life. ```If you can have
Obedience, obedience, obedience,Then you can have
A heart-home of peace. ```My Lord Supreme wants me
To look for HimIn His Face first,
And then He wants meTo look for Him
In every face. ```You do not need many Calls
From God.Only one Call
Can awaken you, perfect youAnd fulfil the divine
Within you. ```He is always looking
For a secret victory,But God is always looking
For a sacred victory for him. ```If you are intent
On transformation-light,Then never be out of
God’s inner circle of Delight. ```God promises
His Perfection.Can you not promise
Your aspiration? ```You are always in the habit
Of wishing.When will you be in the habit
Of willing? ```Unless your heart has
A free access to aspiration,Your life will not have
A free access to perfection. ```If you prolong the human in you
And delay the divine in you,How can you succeed and proceed
In your aspiration and dedication-life? ```Each aspiring heart
Is a new morningIn God’s new World.
```You are imprisoned
By the desire-lifeBecause
You have proved to be unfaithfulIn your thought-life.
```God is eagerly looking forward
To seeing the final funeralOf your earth-bound desire-life.
```Your life is in wild disorder.
ThereforeGod will not grant you
A quiet heart-to-heart talk. ```God is ready to wait and wait
Until I invite Him to sitOn my heart’s love-throne.
```To create a new universe,
What you need isThe beauty of prayer
And the majesty of meditationEvery day.
```Unless you put an end
To the miseriesOf your doubting life,
Your mind will never be freeFrom inclement weather.
```Only an unfamiliar God
Can tell you that God-realisationIs not meant for you
In this lifetime. ```Yesterday he lived
In his heart’s dear hope.Today he is living
In his mind’s solitary sorrow. ```Now that he wants to be
Inundated with his soul’sWisdom-light,
He sees that his mindIs nothing but an excessive
Knowledge-burden. ```The failure of the desiring mind
Is the marchOf the soul’s certainty.
```Many thanks for the interview,
My Lord Supreme.“Many thanks for your obedience,
My sweet child.” ```If you refuse to try,
That means you are deliberately ruiningA lifetime of opportunity.
```If you declare
That you are a defeated life,Then there can be nothing for you
Either in God’s HeartOr in God’s Eye.
```I looked in my heart
Only to discoverAn unflinching enemy:
Insecurity. ```If you take
God’s Affection and LoveWith thankfulness,
Then you will indisputably becomeBoth great and good.
```If you have no eyes
To see God’s Grace,God’s Face will always
Be denied to you. ```Time and death can be beaten
By the aspiration-championWithin you.
```If you are wise,
Then you will always vetoYour mind’s absurd resistances.
```Why return to your old home?
Enter into your new home:The home of sleepless
Service-light. ```Too many souls
Are apt to procrastinate.Therefore, this world of ours
Will never be able to seeGod’s Satisfaction-Smile
At God’s own God-Hour. ```I love to live
Only at one place,And that place is
Where love eternally rules. ```You are a man of no dreams.
ThereforeYou do not have the authority
To ask God to hurry up. ```If you are expert in diving
From the springboard of faith,Then you will establish
The victory of your higher selfOver your lower self.
```In your heart-garden
There are many love-plants.Can you not give away
Some of these plantsTo truth-seekers and God-lovers?
```I shall take advice
Even from a failure-life,But not from a despair-vital.
```What is faith?
Faith is the unmistakable fulfillerOf human hopes.
```Each soulful prayer of yours
Has the capacity to help youSoar far above the dust
Of your inner destruction-storm. ```Your indifference to mankind
Will never lead you to God.On the contrary,
It will take you awayFarther and farther from God.
```Today you have realised
That you, too, need God.Tomorrow you will realise
That God, too, needs youTo become another God.
```My Lord Supreme,
Do give me the capacityTo look at You at every moment
And not just whenever I would likeTo look at You.
```Question-mongers surround us.
Answer-givers are not to be foundEither on earth or in Heaven.
```If you have patience,
Then God’s CompassionWill find for you
Your misplaced excellence. ```Because your inner confidence
Is more distant thanA fading star,
God is unable to give youHis Infinity’s Smile.
```O my intellectual mind-chains,
Because of youI have lost my heart’s love
And my life’s joy. ```Beyond the mind
And beyond the heartAre his silver tears.
Beyond life
And beyond deathIs his golden smile.
```O my heart,
Run into God’s Vastness infinite.O my soul,
Soar beyond, far beyond,The skies of knowledge-light.
```If you have a soul,
Then ask your soul to promise.If you have a heart,
Then ask your heart to love.If you have a life,
Then ask your life to become. ```If you really want to become
A perfect disciple,Then stamp out doubt
And bring in faith. ```If you want to be
God’s absolutely perfect instrument,Then pray to God not to indulge
Even your innocent desires.If you want to become
God’s breathless pride,Then become sleepless obedience.
```At least God can rely on me
For one thing:I shall not go
To ignorance-princeTo be his choice instrument.
```If you want to unload
All your self-styled burdens,Then long for wisdom-light today
And cry for satisfaction-delight tomorrow. ```You can never be
An excellent inner playerIf you do not participate
In God’s Compassion-Tournament. ```O my mind,
Nobody compelled you to sufferFrom your jealousy-cancer.
O my heart,
Nobody compelled you to sufferFrom your insecurity-thorn.
```Unless you compete
In the realisation-race,God will not grant you
Your life’s transformation-trophy. ```How to melt God’s Heart:
Empty your earth-bound mind,Fill your Heaven-free heart.
```You can enjoy sleeplessly
God’s Sweetness-NectarIf you allow your heart to pray
For your soul-stirring dreams. ```Now that you have destroyed
The shackles of the finite,You will be able to sail
On the river that flowsTowards Infinity’s ocean of Bliss.
```God Himself has given him
The biggest hope.Therefore
He cries and tries,Tries and cries,
To be God’s perfect instrument. ```Never blame anybody,
For he who blames othersKnows what a slippery slope is.
```Are you hopelessly tone-deaf?
If not,Why are you not listening
To God’s sleepless Compassion-Songs? ```God is my constant Playmate.
ThereforeMy heart is sailing directly
Towards His Silence-Home. ```Forgiveness begins with God.
Aspiration begins with man.God’s Forgiveness and man’s aspiration
Are both fortifiedBy God’s supreme Light and Delight.
```Every day you have to be
A sky of wisdom-light.Every day you have to tiptoe
Past teeming, sleeping doubts. ```Do you not see
What you have been doing?You have been swinging
From branch to branchOn desire’s vital-tree.
```You call it disobedience.
I call it a birthlessAnd deathless
Destruction-experience. ```If your old hopes
Have not satisfied you,Then strive for new hopes —
Illumining and fulfilling hopes —Which are taking birth every day
Inside your heart’s aspiration-garden. ```If you want to see
The hidden treasures of your heartThen first see the Footprints of God
In your heart’s purity-snow. ```He who aspires
Soulfully and sleeplessly,Definitely knows how to organise well
His ascent to Heaven. ```When you breathe a pure prayer
To God,Eternity’s life-transforming cry
And Infinity’s life-fulfilling smileBecome yours.

“My Lord is all Compassion.”I meant what I said:
“I shall definitely grow intoA perfect instrument of God.”
```O my stupid mind,
Do you knowWhat you have just said to me?
You have told meThat I have outgrown
My need for God. ```It is a mistake to think
That unconditional obedienceWill always remain unavailable.
```If you are shopping
In God’s Store,Then God’s Compassion-Presence
You must try to buy first. ```God may not want you to know
When He is coming.But He does want you to know
That He definitely is coming. ```Only an explorer of the dream-world
Can rememberGod’s Compassion-Sea
And return toGod’s Satisfaction-Sky.
```You have enjoyed
Centuries of sleep.Can you not now try to wake
In your soul’s Himalayan palace? ```Allow not
Impurity and insecurity-thievesTo enter into you.
Every day use a new padlockOn your heart-door.
```You are trying to flatter God.
You are trying and you will be tryingForever in vain
To do an impossible task. ```There can be no debate
Between God’s Compassion-EyeAnd man’s aspiration-heart.
They sing the same song:The song of satisfaction.
```Surrendered love
Multiplied by gratitude-lifeEquals
God’s supreme Satisfaction. ```There is death in his face
Because his heart’s love-boatHas no room for his God-manifesting soul.
```Because he plays
God’s favourite Game,Smile within and smile without,
He is able to destroyThe bondage-shackles of the finite.
```If I had waited another day,
Who knows?Perhaps I would have more
Inspiration-mind and aspiration-heartTo walk along the road
Of God-realisation. ```Your unfortunate friendship
With ignorance-nightWill never allow you to turn
Your desire-lifeInto destruction-death.
```Every day
If you take obedience-exercises,Your inner life and your outer life
Will become two solid pillarsOf God’s Palace.
```When the cosmic gods meditate
In Heaven,You can join them.
They will definitely be happyIf you do.
Do they have a special timeTo meditate on special attributes of God?
Yes, they do!In the small hours of the morning.
```If you are my true friend,
Then prove itBy remaining beside me,
By speaking well of meAnd by speaking ceaselessly for me.
```Alas,
My faith in GodAnd my love of God
Have always been feeble. ```Who can escape
The supreme duty of self-givingIn God’s cosmic Play?
```Unless your eyes can weep,
Unless your tears can smile,Your life will remain
Imperfect on earth. ```Return to your self
Before it is too late.Do not knock at others’
Aspiration-hearts. ```If you always ask
God’s Benediction,Then He will teach you
How to do your inner homework. ```God is not baffled
By man’s ignorance-night.He just wants man
To carry the messageOf the future God.
```My Lord,
Your Compassion-Forgiveness-FloodIs my name.
This name will beMy salvation on earth
