Sri Chinmoy day in San Francisco

The devotion, dedication and hard work of Sri Chinmoy’s disciples in San Francisco has achieved most significant results. During his five-day visit to his West Coast Centres early this month, Sri Chinmoy was honoured in San Francisco by the official proclamation of Sri Chinmoy Day. Following is a reproduction of the Mayoral Proclamation.

Sri Chinmoy also visited his Victoria, B.C., Canada Centre on the same trip, and while there, met with Roman Catholic Bishop Remi De Roo. A large photo of that meeting was given a prominent spot in a local newspaper. (see p. 22).
