To My Indian Brothers and Sisters

Tomorrow, most probably, two leading Indian newspapers, The Hindu and The Indian Express, will carry articles about me. Two brothers work at these newspapers. They have been running them for years and years. The Hindu is a South Indian newspaper, and The Indian Express comes from Madras, Bombay and so many places.

The two brothers came to our house in Pondicherry and interviewed me. They were extremely kind to me, and they promised that definitely our interview would come out.

Finally, they asked for a short message to my Indian brothers and sisters. My message was:

"My Indian brothers and sisters, my message is self-transcendence. If you really want peace of mind, then only transcend yourself. Do not compete with the rest of the world; compete with yourself. If you really want peace of mind, if you really want satisfaction in your life, and also if you want universal peace, then only transcend yourself."

This was the message I gave them.
