Waiting for the Elevator

The elevator is so bad here! I waited at least ten minutes, then finally the service elevator came. A hotel worker was inside. When I tried to enter, he said, "Oh, no! This is the service elevator. You must wait for the other elevator."

I said, "I have an appointment now. May I please come in this elevator?" But he did not allow me to come. Then for another five minutes I had to wait.
