Walking Along the Canal

This morning, I was walking along the canal. A tall, thin man came up to me and asked, "Are you Sri Chinmoy?"

I said, "Yes."

He said, "Yesterday, the whole day, I was planning to come to your concert and, in the evening, I forgot!"

I asked him, "Are you running the Honolulu Marathon?"

He answered, "Yes."

Then he said, "Please do not walk alone all by yourself."
