Lofty Utterances

Most of the words the Sri Chinmoy spoke during his lifetime may be deemed 'lofty utterances'. The following selections, some of which are addressed to the souls of various nations, are rare in that they are infused with Sri Chinmoy's uniquely personal perspective. In 2002, in his tribute book to Pope John Paul II, the Master wrote:

Holy Father,

To have implicit faith

In your world-elevating utterances

Is to ground ourselves utterly

In God-depths.

```
