_Host:_ Can you feel the heart in the body? The spiritual heart, is it located in the body?

Sri Chinmoy: It is in the subtle body. As you know, there are centres — six major centres we have. If you follow the Kundalini path, Kundalini yoga, you will know. So, here also, the spiritual heart is inside, inside the subtle body, not inside the physical body — inside the physical body you have got the physical heart — but it is all inside. But again, it is all there. Inside the physical is the subtle and inside the subtle is the heart and the soul and everything.
