Kal ki habe ke jane

Kar mana ar ke mane

Jiban maran tanche ekhan

Bhese jabo kar pane

Lila amar purna habe

Kon debatar gopan dane

We do not know what is going to happen tomorrow.

Nobody listens to anybody.

Life and death together are calling me.

I do not know whom to accept and whom to reject,

Towards whom I shall sail my life-boat.

I do not know which cosmic god

Will fulfil my earthly sojourn. ```
