Praner asha maner swapan

Dhaner gorob jasher gorob

Bhasma haye sabi pure jai

Shudhu thake manob asahai

After a short time.

The hope of human heart

And the dream of human mind,

And all that is garnered

In human life —

Pride and self-giving

Pride and self-esteem

Will all end in a fruitless smoke.

Yet man will eternally treasure

The endless chain of hope-life. ```
