```We want the truth

Chaos is thickening. ```A philosopher
Is in the mind-world.He does not know,
He does not even care to know,Who is inside his heart.
```To feed my Lord Supreme,
I must liveA life divine.
```Start with sincerity and humility.
You will reach your goalInfinitely faster
Than otherwise. ```My mind does not want
To have joyIn the proper sense of the term.
It wants only supremacy —Supremacy at any cost.
```Divine love
Does not wantTo remain idle.
```Progress lies
In my oneness-heart,And nowhere else.

```As long as we are on earth,
We must be satisfiedWith the flow of our life.

That God isAll Illumination,

Then Heaven’s GateWill all the time remain
Open to us. ```If we are the enjoyer
Of the undivine life,Then the mouth of hell
Will definitely devour us. ```The beauty of silence
Forever remainsUnparalleled.

```The mind is proud
That it can liveWithout God.
```The heart is proud
Of the fact that it lives onlyWith one Person, God,
Both in Heaven and on earth. ```The mind knows
How to dominate.The heart knows

A beggar of God’sCompassion and Forgiveness.
```A heart of purity
EmbodiesMeasureless God-awareness.
```Every day
I must energiseThe seeker in my heart.
```The worst possible blow
That we can sufferIs indifference.
```Aspiration is my task.
Perfection of my natureIs the Task of my Lord Supreme.
```If the manifestation of truth
Takes place,Then the mirth of everything
Will automatically take place. ```We all need aspiration-cries,
We all need dedication-smilesTo be God’s choice instruments.
```As each thought needs expression,
Even so, we need God-satisfactionIn God’s own Way all the time.
```When earth pitifully cries,
Heaven does not knowWhat to do.
```Alas,
Earth remains totally silent,Even when Heaven smiles
Most beautifully and most powerfully. ```Goodness
Is the birthrightOf every aspiring heart.
```Greatness
Is the birthrightOf every towering mind.
```Peace
EmbodiesWisdom.
```Surrender embodies
God-awarenessAnd God-fulness.
```Unless and until
We have mastered the mind,We cannot be fully victorious
In the battlefield of life. ```We must conquer
Self-importance-prideTo become one,
Inseparably one,With God’s Will.
```My heart and I will always
Take the side of our soul,And always fulfil
The needs of our soul. ```Jealousy always
Attacks the superiorsIn secrecy supreme.
```Inferiority and insecurity:
Both areHappiness-beggars.
```The human mind
Will absolutely remain alwaysAn idle, worthless, useless
And meaningless talker. ```The boundaries of the mind
Have to be well guardedSo that uncomely thoughts
Cannot enter. ```If we do not smash
Impossibility’s pride,Then we can never go ahead
With our God-ordained task. ```God does not care
Whether I am perfect or not.He cares only
Whether I love HimAnd need Him or not.
```God loves me.
Therefore, goodnessAlways accompanies me.
```Depression-slavery
And frustration-slaveryAre bound to suffer
A destruction-life. ```Both the higher worlds
And the lower worldsWatch me all the time.
I must be very careful.I must always take the path
To fulfil the higher worlds only. ```My heart-tears
Fall very heavilyOn my Lord’s Lap.
```The self-doubting mind
IsA stupendous failure.
```There was a time
When desire-oceanUsed to drown me,
But now aspiration-oceanIs beckoning me.
```To see the ultimate Truth,
We must open our heart-eye. ```To feel God’s Love,
We need without failA purity-heart.
```Awake, O my sleeping heart,
Awake!God is waiting for you.
How long can He wait? ```Give God what you have
Happily and unconditionally.He will proudly dream
In and through you. ```Man’s gratitude-heart
And God’s Compassion-EyeSing and play all the time.
```The heart tries
To love all,And succeeds.
```The mind does not want
To trust anybody,And succeeds.
```When I come to realise
That my Lord is my only possession,Only then my Lord claims me
As His own, very own. ```The body loves
Untiringly to sleep. ```The vital loves
Dramatic performances. ```The mind collects
And spreadsSuspicion-seeds.
```Heaven examines me
To knowIf I have purity enough
To own God’s Breath. ```Earth examines me
To knowIf I am all for God.
```As for God-realisation
We cannot set a date,Even so, for God-satisfaction
We cannot set a date. ```I pray only
In the templeOf sleepless self-offering.
```When we meditate,
Heaven and earthBoth claim us equally.
```May each thought of mine
Grow intoA oneness-heart-tree.
```When we bend,
The whole worldComes to us
To give us what it has. ```When we become
A sincere God-lover,God makes us
His world-transformation-Promise-fulfiller.
```Self-offering
Is the foundationOf a life full of God.
```If we surrender
Our life’s fondest dreams,God comes to us
In His Form Supreme. ```I must study
Every dayIn life’s simplicity-school.
```Suffering purifies
Everything that we haveAnd we are.
```Aspiration
Shortens unimaginablyOur God-realisation-road.
```Each pilgrim-dream
Will becomeA reality.
```The tiny world of my mind
Tortures my heartConstantly.
```Each time my heart
Speaks to God,God blesses my heart
With a new hopeAnd a new promise.
```May our God-manifestation-promise
Have a very quickFulfilment.

The human mindTries to fool the world,

Then your life-tree will beFull of divine flowers and fruits.

Our old God-hungerTo make the world
Infinitely better than it is. ```The moment we betray God,
We extinguishOur hope-flames.
```If we watch something
Critically and falsely,Then our blindness
Is unthinkable. ```The heart does not command,
But the heartGets the results.

Serve asA telescope to Heaven.

In God’s School,The first thing we must have
Is a cheerful heart. ```Each human being

Soulfully happy,He feels that He has accomplished

Divinely happy,He feels that He has accomplished
Something supremely unusual. ```If we are not ready
To serve God at every moment,How can we expect
God-happiness in our life? ```It pains me so deeply

```A desiring mind
Is bound to getA sinking experience.
```The loneliness of life
Can be replacedWith the fulness of life
Only when our God-loving criesAre absolutely sincere.

To drop deadHere and now.
```The sooner we can shut down
Our mind’s excuse-factory,The nearer we shall find ourselves
To God’s Eye of Delight. ```Each God-gratitude-heart-flower
Is infinitely more beautifulThan we can ever imagine.

Is beyond compare. ```When I am in the mind,

```O my Lord Supreme,
I know that one dayYou will come to mend

Precisely becauseHis Heart is made of Compassion

Tries to proveThat God is aloof.

```When I look at God’s Eye,
I clearly seeThat His Eye is transcendental.
```When I feel God’s Heart,
I unmistakably feelThat His Heart is universal.
```Do not try to catch God,
But pray to GodNot only to catch you,
But also to bind youOnce and for all.
```The moment we start
Our Heavenward journey,God’s Compassion-Eye
Accompanies us. ```The questioning mind
Suffers. ```The loving heart
Prospers. ```We are bound to be successful
If we put our heart firstIn each and every action.

```What God does for a living:

Hope becomesA hopeless frustration.
```We can have true peace of mind
If we can remain far, very far,From the flight of fame.
```Confidence
Is always founded uponOur inner faith.
```To be above the maze
Of confusion,We must live always in the world
Of aspiration. ```The outer success
Is, indeed,A fast-fading joy.
```Death is never the end.
We must enter into lifeAgain and again
To receive blessings and loveFrom the Mother Earth
So that we can become warrior-heroesFor our Lord Supreme.
```My life rides
In the hope-speedboatTo reach the Destination
Sooner than at once. ```Fulfilment
Is the magic touchOf love divine.
```My crying nights
Have been replacedBy my smiling days.
```Mine are the hands
That are always empty.Mine is the heart
That is always full. ```My heart has shed
A sea of tearsTo awaken my life.
```The mind thinks
Ignorance isA useless imagination.
```We shall not be satisfied
Until we have a free accessTo the Unknowable.
```God’s Love awakens
Our dormant inner light. ```God wants each human being
To be humanity’s breath. ```Mine is a heart
That throbs with devotion. ```The human in us says one thing:
“Talk, talk, talk.”The divine in us says one thing:

```Everybody wants to live

All God-lovers. ```Wisdom

```To be really free,
We must make others happy. ```For a oneness-heart
There is no such thingAs sacrifice.
```Our real home
Is in our God-tears. ```Understanding
And confusionAre immediate neighbours.
```Our heart-receptivity
We must keep open. ```I bite myself
When I speak ill of others. ```A giver
Has to be a loverWhen he gives.
```Responsibility
Has another name:Opportunity.
```Just because I love God,
Joy has becomeMy true friend.
```Fulness is within.
Newness is without. ```Each heart
Is an experience-lightOf humanity.
```The mind does not care for
Possibility.It cares only for
Inevitability. ```Always something new,

```No downfall

```My first present to God
Is my willingness. ```My last present to God
Is my sleepless surrenderTo God’s Will.
```God’s first Gift to me
Is His Compassion-Eye. ```God’s last Gift to me
Is His Forgiveness-Heart. ```Affection sweetens
Everything in life. ```I direct my faith
To my Lord’s Feet. ```The divine in us
Loves to liveIn the unseen and the unknown.
```I must leave behind
Everything that is unaspiring. ```If I live only for God,
Then God is bound to beMy Saviour.
```The heart awakens
All our sleeping divine qualities. ```If we know
Who the actual Doer is,Then our sufferings
Will be much less. ```When I dive inward,
Delight encircles me. ```My heart’s sincerity-cries
Are always protectedFrom all attacks.
```God gives much more importance
To my willingnessThan to my capacity.
```God has countless Names,
But His Forgiveness-NameI love the most.
```This world is not
A nothingness-playground.This world is
A Fulness-Heart-Garden of God. ```The presence of goodness,
And not greatness,At every moment I need.
```May every day
Divine thoughts shelter meAnd illumine me.
```To surrender completely
Is to walkOn ecstasy-road.
```God does not want me
To stop singingMy heart-songs.
```My Lord,
My heart desperately needsA sea of silence.
```An emptiness-mind
And a fulness-heartAre of absolute importance.
```To become God’s fondness-child,
I shall offer each and everyGratitude-heartbeat to Him.
```A sea of tears
Is my only friend. ```Love and fear
Can never be roommates. ```May my mind become
A sea of silence. ```My Lord left me a note:
“My child,I need you urgently.”
```My Lord said to me,
“My child, if you want to beAs self-giving as I am,
Then you must not takeAny day off.”
```When my heart-tears
Begin to fly,My Beloved Supreme
Comes down from the sky. ```Only the faithful ones
Are allowed to stayAt the Feet
Of the Beloved Lord Supreme. ```God’s Compassion-Eye-Chariot

```If we do not put the heart first
In all that we say and do,Our victory will remain a far cry.
```God’s very Presence
Sanctifies not only my inner lifeBut also my outer life
All at once. ```Where is God, where?
Definitely not in my doubting mind,Demanding vital and sleeping body.
```Any disgrace
God’s Compassion-GraceCan erase.

```A pleasure-seeking life

And meditate on GodA dozen times a day
Is not enough. ```When my mind tells
All its adventure stories,God immediately disappears.
```When my heart starts singing,
God immediately runs to me,No matter where He is.
```God chides my pride
Ruthlessly. ```When I say that I cannot,
It means that I shall not. ```I must be for God,
Because God is always in me,With me and for me.
```God’s Fingertips
Always give meA very powerful thrill.
```Experience is not the goal.
The goal is realisationFounded upon aspiration.
```My heart has many, many
Sincere friends.My mind has flattery-friends.
```A moment to choose.
Then you must workOn your choice.

God does not force us.He just sheds Tears.

```When we sit at God’s Feet
Devotedly,God shows us His highest Height
Immediately. ```I need an intense hunger
For God’s blessingful EyeAnd His bountiful Love.
```Disobedience
Unreservedly enjoysIgnorance-play.
```In the aspiration-world,
A tiny heart-flameCan be of tremendous significance.
```God and I love to meet
Only in our heart-gardens.We take turns.
```I wish to be sleepless
And breathlessWith my God-adoration.
```My life’s enthusiasm-sun
Must shine most powerfully. ```Every day
I am immensely proudOf my God-gratitude-heart.
```It is a matter of days,
And certainly not a matter of months,That God will work
On my life’s transformation. ```Although everything may go wrong
In my life,I shall not accuse
My Lord Supreme. ```A constant gratitude-heart
Shall be unprecedentedIn the life-story of spirituality.
```The greatest secret
God has told me:God will be fully responsible
For what I doAnd for what I do not do.
```God’s first Choice
Is my gratitude-heart-breath. ```When the human and the divine
Work together,A new world of joy dawns.

Can brighten our livesAnd enlighten our spiritual quest.

```The inner teacher
And the inner schoolNever take a day off.
```My personality
Is something to be mergedAnd not submerged.
```My God-oneness
Does not needAny intuition.
```The mind-weather
Is always discouragingAnd threatening.
```The heart-weather
Is always lovingAnd manifesting.
```Instead of thinking
Of everyone,Just love everyone.
```My Lord,
Can You not snatch me awayFrom ignorance-night?

I shall go without youTo watch the heart-festival.
```We may not see
The existence of GodIn every human being.
But we can feel God-existenceIn each creation of His.

```Insecurity, leave me alone.

Is full of man-talkers,And not God-seekers.

To God,Whether we believe it or not.
```Every day God breathes in

No human being can remain asleep,No matter how hard he tries.
```God’s Footsteps have already
Touched my heart.Alas, I am still fast asleep.
```When we listen,
We must listen carefully. ```When we act,
We must act soulfully. ```If we delay in fulfilling
God’s Command,We are bound to fail.

Never stops ringing. ```Aspiration-telephone
Rarely rings. ```God answers
His Compassion-TelephoneOn the first ring.
```No earthly doctor
Can cureOur mind-disease.
```The mind-pool
Is extremely shallow. ```When I die,
I must dieLooking at God’s Feet.
```Compassion is indulgent.
Love can at timesBe very strict.
```My Master’s affection for me
Is endlessAnd expects nothing
In return. ```Self-deception
Can never be the winner. ```I must keep
My military mindUnder control.
```God tells me that
No defeat or failureCan ever be permanent.
```When my desire-life
Comes in waves,God wants me to be
Most powerfully brave. ```Each moment can be the tear
Of a new aspirationAnd the smile
Of a new manifestation. ```An old depression
Means a long-standingImprisonment.
```In my Master’s sacred mission
I have all my joy,All my life’s fulfilment.
```When I cry at my Master’s feet,
He says to me,“My child, get up!
Quickly get up!” ```When I smile at my Master’s feet,
He says to me,“Remain all the time
Where you are.” ```If we do not love
What we already have,God is not going to add anything
To our achievements. ```When we conquer our desire-life,
God immediately asks usTo come and see Him
In His Heart-Garden. ```A single, powerful Smile
From GodFeeds my heart sumptuously.
```One step outside our mind-door
Is a tremendous achievementIn the inner world.
```There are not two ways,
But only one way to go:Forward, ever forward.
```God literally frowns
At my mind’s crown. ```Disobedience-train departs,
Only to arrive atFrustration-destination.
```My Lord, may I have a life-boat
That I can sail only towardsYour Golden Shore?
```I must remain always
Together with God’s FeetIn life and death.
```How stupid we are
When we try to liveBy dreams alone.
Reality must come into the picture. ```God wants you
To be on hand,So that you do not miss
A single Call. ```If lethargy is our lord supreme,
Then this life is worthlessAnd useless.
```God’s Silence-Songs only
Illumine my lifeAnd fulfil my heart.
```Without having silence
In abundant measureIn our spiritual life,
We cannot succeedIn the battlefield of life.
```Our Beloved Supreme asks us,
Since we all belong to Him,Why do we quarrel and fight?

All His Appreciation, Joy and Pride. ```My heart-aspiration
Means the conquestOf impossibility.

Never wither. ```The mind has disbelief-thorns

In infinite measure. ```God tells us that
Every human beingIs the beauty of his inner journey.
```The inner moon
Beckons us.The outer moon
Inspires us profusely. ```Impossibility
Is only for thoseWho are afraid
Of the beauty, light and powerOf the inner life.

Breathe in the breathOf a sweet hope.

Can carry me easilyBeyond the snares of ignorance.
```My Lord, if You really love me,

```The flight of my imagination
Sadly fails to describeThe Beauty of my Lord’s Eye.
```Opportunity is not indispensable,
But my Lord’s Compassion-EyeIs indispensable
For me to perform miraculous deeds. ```Eternity loves

Again and againClears the road

```Readiness, willingness, eagerness:
We need these three giant stridesTo arrive at the Destination
Soon, very soon. ```A suspicion-mind
Is forced to haveA hell-experience.
```Heaven is our
Imaginary home. ```Heart is our
Familiar home. ```Truth does not
Challenge anybody. ```Truth always remains
Unchallenged. ```A desiring man
Knows how to flatter others. ```An aspiring seeker
Knows how to inspire others. ```The desiring mind
Does not want to knowWhat tolerance is.
```The aspiring seeker
Must learnWhat tolerance is.
```No matter how large
The mind-house is,It is always found to be empty.
```I have at last
Severed my connectionWith my doubting mind.
```The mind-friendship
May result inA bitter and painful experience.
```At every moment
I must have confidenceIn my God-aspiring heart.
```I see my fully blossomed divinity
In my heart’s tranquillity. ```Do not delay, do not delay!
God is starving for your love,Devotion and surrender.
```God’s Compassion-Eye
And God’s Forgiveness-HeartAre twins.
```Forget the past,
Forget!You will be happy.
```Remember the present,
Remember!You will be happy.
```Surrender the future,
Surrender!You will be happy.
```Obedience and satisfaction
Are the obverse and the reverseOf our heart-coin.
```We go in the right direction
Only when we prayerfullyFollow the Footsteps
Of our Lord Beloved Supreme. ```If there is anybody
I cannot forgive,That means I am
Not good enough. ```Truth is self-sufficient.
It does not dependOn others’ opinions.
```Forgiveness
Immediately increasesOur heart-capacity.
```My friends, my enemies
And IAre all needed by God
To fulfil His Mission on earth. ```Self-promotion
Means immediateSelf-degradation.
```Do not be a miracle-monger.
Remember, miraclesHave a very short breath.
```We count the hours
When we meditate,But God sees
What we have putInside our meditation.
```What is needed is not time,
But the heart of willingnessAnd the breath of eagerness.
