By depression and frustration.

To be frightened
By the beauty and fragrance
Of newness.

Have given you a very bitter taste
Of life.

To the beckoning hands
Of the golden future.

The inner whispers

Into an object of ceaseless ridicule.

Have no concern for you.

Will never be blessed
With a new chance.

Of unhappy, torturing arrows.

A most powerful sigh.

And Heaven is indifferent to you.

Your mind-desert everywhere.

Both to God and to man.
