And the doubting mind
Collide,
The compassionate soul
Immediately comes
To rescue the heart.

By my mind’s idea-prison.
I want to be liberated
By my heart’s ideal-sky.

My heart’s oneness-song.
Only one dance to dance:
My mind’s surrender-dance.

The beauty of self-giving,
The purity of self-giving
And the divinity of self-giving
Can only be felt
And never expressed.

Man’s imperfect question:
How far away is God?
God’s perfect answer:
He is Eternity’s Here and Now.

I am disgusted with my mind,
For it suspects even God’s
Unconditionally self-giving Heart.

When will you stop
Being hampered
By strangling thoughts?

Each seeker has to realise
That he is destined
To be a traveller
To the ever-transcending Goal.

How long will you allow yourself
To live in constant fear
Of tomorrow?

Does not aspire,
He feels that he is drowning
In his mind’s darkness-oblivion-sea.

In my own way,
I enter into
My life’s frustration-market.

What I have done
With my mind’s doubts.

I have donated them
To the remote past.

Is a remedy
For the deplorable mistakes

That we transform
Earth-bound enemy-time

Heaven-free friend-time.

And that malady is
Our God-search without

God’s Compassion-Eye,

Of the heart’s happiness
Makes us feel how ruthless
The unhappiness of the mind
