God-surrender is strange, unusual,
But never, never impossible!

The unaspiring mind’s unwillingness
Is nothing short of
Its worst possible stupidity.

The aggression of the vital
Is not only powerfully negative
But also fruitlessly destructive.

God’s Tears
Immediately
Illumine my mind.
God’s Smiles
Sooner than at once
Enrich my heart.

My soul has many names.
I admire, adore and love
Its illumination-name
The most.

O my stupid mind,
You have plenty of time
To indulge
In hundreds of indecisions,
But you have no time
For even one
Blossoming and fulfilling decision.

We shall never realise
How much our willingness
And eagerness
Gladden and satisfy God.

The teeming flaws
Of your yesterday
You can correct today
Only if you are planning to complete
Your aspiration-game
In God’s own Way.

God has not hidden
His Peace-Nest from us.
We are just not looking for it
In the right place.
The right place
Is our oneness-smile-heart.

God is not asking me
Why I am here.
He is asking me
Why I am still
Unnecessarily delaying.

Although
Spirituality sleeplessly needs
Enlightenment,
It does not have to shun
Child-heart-amusement
On its way to the destination.

Alas, my Lord,
Why do I disappoint You every day?
“My child,
You disappoint Me every day
Because every day you faithfully keep
Your appointment with ignorance-night.”

God’s Tears will never dry
Unless and until
You offer Him
Your heart’s oneness-perfection-smiles.

Each and every
Aspiration-heart-garden
Is bound to bloom,
But only when the God-Hour strikes.

Since there is nothing
Unconquerable,
We must sleeplessly dare
To do the right thing
And be the right person.

You have not dived deep enough.
Therefore you do not see
Your confusion-head
At God’s Illumination-Feet.

Everything is bound to go wrong
If you are enamoured of singing
Your own glory-songs
And not God’s Victory-Songs.

Ego is powerful,
But not fruitful.
Ego demands and commands,
Only to surrender eventually
To the illumination-soul.

If you do not believe in
Your own prayer-life,
How can you ever thrive
In God’s Compassion-Eye
And God’s Satisfaction-Heart?

God definitely loves me
No matter what I am doing,
But He will definitely love me
Infinitely more
If He sees me dreaming
Of becoming another God
Like Him.

God wants me to show Him
My heart’s aspiration-attempts
And not
My life’s perfection-credentials.

The setting sun
Blesses my life
With its purity.
The rising moon
Blesses my heart
With its beauty.

The desire-boat,
The desire-boatman
And the desire-river
Will never be able to arrive
At the Golden Satisfaction-Shore.

God’s Satisfaction
Has not given up on me.
God’s Compassion
Has not given up on me.
Why then do I have to be
Discouraged and disheartened
And make friends with darkness-negativity?

My Lord,
I do not want to live any more
In my mind-jungle-town.
Please help me move
Into my heart-garden-village.

Be not afraid
Of the unfamiliar.
Be not afraid
Of the unknown.
Just cultivate your oneness-heart-soil.
You will see that
Nothing can remain unfamiliar
And nothing can remain unknown.

In my outer life
I need my heart’s immortal tears,
In my inner life
I need my soul’s immortal smiles
To be constantly happy,
Constantly fulfilled.

God is bound to introduce you
To His own new Life
If you just give Him
Your doubt-battered old mind.

Each impurity-thought
Definitely deserves
A life-long exile.

The mind needs
A pin-pointed concentration
To succeed.
The heart needs
A God-oriented dedication
To proceed.

To become receptive.
The heart has to remain the same
To be constantly productive.

May Heaven’s sunrise
Every day feed my outer life
Exactly the way
It feeds my inner breath.

Do not destroy
The God-satisfaction-hope

Is infinitely more valuable
Than others’ lofty wisdom

Be the possessor
Of God’s supreme Pride.

Of the mind
And the blossoming
Of the heart’s dreams
Will always remain perfect strangers.

The indulgence
Of the vital
And the carelessness
Of the mind
Are taking humanity away
Every day
From God’s Compassion-Eye
And Satisfaction-Heart.

My Lord,
You have already saved me
From my cravings
For name and fame.
Now do save me
From my self-importance.

We are all bound
To be misjudged
As long as we allow the mind
To misguide us.

Alas,
I sail my own boat
With my ego-pride.
Yet I expect
God’s Protection-Eye.

Aspiration
Is the cry of the heart.
Realisation
Is the smile of the soul.
Perfection
Is the dance of life.

God does not want me to be
Curious all the time.
God does not want me to be
Serious all the time.
But God does want me to be
Spontaneous all the time.

If we cannot have
A tension-free life,
Then we are at the mercy
Of eventual disaster.

If you can resist
Your temptation-vital,
Then you can easily persist
In your aspiration-heart.

Each good thought
Enhances our greatness-height.
Each good action
Enhances our goodness-light.

I feel that my prayer is perfect
Only when I pray to God
Not for His Smile,
Not for His Satisfaction,
Not even for His Compassion,
But only for Him.

God always has
A very marked preference
When He has to choose
Between
My expectation-mind
And my surrender-heart.

Even though
I have many times failed
My God-examination,
God does not want to dismiss me,
For He wants His Compassion-Eye
To succeed eventually
In and through me.

God’s Satisfaction
Weeps inside me
Every morning and every evening.
God’s Compassion
Does the same.
But God’s Patience
Does not surrender to weeping.
His Patience knows
That it is destined to be
The eventual joy-bringer.

The heart that is conscious
Of its incompleteness
Will definitely value
God’s ceaseless Compassion
For its Heavenward perfection-journey.

Has already discovered faith.
But my mind
Wants to invent faith.

Twice God smiles:
Once when I do not want
To escape from my imperfections,
And once when I sincerely strive
For perfection.

Remain endless
And breathless.

Of my mind’s long slavery.

For me to go beyond you
And your doubt-territory.

You will be able to escape

Come to the fore
And illumine your unlit mind

Between the beauty
Of my heart-moon-shore
And the power
Of my soul-sun-shore.

By shame and guilt
If you just kindle the flames
Of your aspiration-heart
With God’s smiling Compassion-Eye.

To revive
Your fading aspiration-heart
And dwindling dedication-life,
You must shed tears of gratitude
Sleeplessly
For God the Forgiveness-Heart.

As long as you cherish
Your self-doubt,
God’s Satisfaction-Victory
In and through you
Will remain a far cry.

When the seeker’s confidence
Is nothing but arrogance,
His heart loses all its beauty
And his life itself
Becomes futility.

Do not forget that God
And God’s Forgiveness-Heart-Fragrance
Live next door
To your aspiration-heart-cries.

And a heart of gratitude
Are definitely two short-cuts
To arrive at
The Destination supreme.

Desire is not only greedy
But also eager
To devour your sweet surrender
To God’s Will.

If you cannot silence the mind,
Then you will always be lost
In the jungle
Of your confusion-thoughts.

Attack ignorance!
Defeat ignorance!
These are the only things
Your soul wants you to accomplish.

You will be allowed to enter
Into the heart-temple
Only when you have
Radically changed your mind.

And not reject
God’s earth-manifestation-Victory.

Since God Himself
Is knocking at your heart-door,
Do let Him come in.
He only wants to make you
Truly, divinely and fruitfully happy.

Do not dismiss
Your simplicity-life,
Purity-mind and divinity-heart
From your life
If you really want to become
The choicest instrument of God.

If you want to please God
In His own Way,
Then you must allow
Simplicity to visit your mind,
Purity to visit your heart,
And surrender to visit your life.

God has hidden
My aspiration-failure-breath
In secrecy supreme.
Alas!
How can I ever be worthy
Of His Compassion-Sea-Eye?

Keeps me alive.
My soul’s promise
Keeps me dynamic.

And your heart’s creativity
Will always remain perfect strangers
To each other.

Self-praise
Eventually becomes
Helplessly and hopelessly
Joyless.

Prayerfully and soulfully receptive

God never finds anything tedious,
Even in our desire-bound life.

That we are the doers,
And we do not need any help
From the inner world
Or the outer world,

To crumble into dust.

In the Heavenward race,
Then cheerfully I am saying,
“So be it.”

Our life to God’s Will,
Then our destination itself
Will run towards us.

The unwillingness-mind
And the insecurity-heart

Stupidity-school.

Is the killer of

A new and soulful
Tolerance-song.
