Part I: Friendship-birds fly

1.

O my friend,
Let us claim each other first.
Then let us walk together
Towards our destined goal.

2.

Friendship is
No fragile human bond.
Friendship is
A strong oneness-bridge.

3.

I am so proud of my friends,
For all of them are
Genuine peace-prophets.

4.

Each and every friend of mine
Rightly deserves
My heart's gratitude-tears.

5.

A real friend may be
Far, very far in miles,
But near, very near
In heart-smiles.

6.

Sincerity-bud-beauty
Is my mind's safeguard-friend.
Purity-blossom-fragrance
Is my heart's safeguard-friend.

7.

A new friend is a new hope-sea
Inside my heart.
A new friend is a new hope-sky
Inside my mind.

8.

Friendship openly persuades our minds
To do the right thing
And secretly convinces our hearts
To become the right person.

9.

Friendship-birds
Can fly
Only on the wings of sincerity.

10.

Friendship is the mind's readiness,
The heart's willingness
and the life's oneness.

Part II: I am so happy

1.

I am so happy
That I have done
The right thing:
I have destroyed
My monarch-ego.

2.

I am so happy
That I have done
The right thing:
I have not allowed
My receptivity-heart
To fall asleep.

3.

I am so happy
That I am immersed
In my self-giving service.

4.

I am so happy
That I have not allowed science
To inflate my spiritual mind.

5.

I am so happy
That I do not have the smile
Of a world-conqueror.

6.

I am so happy
That I have the smile
Of a world-lover.

7.

I am so happy
That I do not immortalise
My mind's frustrations
And my mind's miseries.

8.

I am so happy
That I gladly accept
All the proposals of my heart
And execute them immediately.

9.

I am so happy
That I never allow my mind
To oppose my heart's
God-inspired and God-initiated proposals.

10.

I am so happy
That my heart and I
Every day sing together
Our unconditional life-songs
To God.

11.

I am so happy
That the ideal in me
And the real in me
Have most cheerfully
Become inseparable.

12.

I am so happy
That I have fortified
My aspiration-breath
With ever-increasing faith.

13.

I am so happy
That my aspiration-heart
And my dedication-life
Sleeplessly long for the inner grace
And not for the outer space.

14.

I am so happy
That at long last I have become
The big man who sympathises,
And that I am no longer
The little man who criticises.

15.

I am so happy
That my desire-life
Has been completely
And permanently illumined
By my aspiration-heart.

16.

I am so happy
That my heart hears
Enchanting, illumining
And fulfilling God-melodies
Wherever I go.

17.

I am so happy
That my mind is no longer a member
Of the doubt-society.

18.

I am so happy
That my heart no longer lives
Inside an insecurity-cave.

19.

I am so happy
That I have a new name:
Gratitude-fragrance-heart-smile.

20.

I am so happy
That at long last
I have the capacity
To claim only my Lord Beloved Supreme
As my own, very own.

Part III: My mind and my heart

1.

My mind tells me
That it is too soon
For me to realise God.

My heart tells me
That it is already late
For me to realise God.

2.

My mind tells me
That what I need is a finish line.

My heart tells me
That what I need is a progress-run.

3.

My mind wants me
To enjoy pleasure-harvest.

My heart wants me
To enjoy faith-feast.

4.

My mind wants me
To go out
And be part of
The outer world.

My heart wants me
To come home
And remain a member of
The inner family.

5.

Opportunity is the only thing
That my mind craves.

Preparation is the only thing
That my heart longs for.

6.

My mind-teacher tells me
That time is a circle.

My heart-teacher tells me
That time has no birth
And no death.

7.

My mind is afraid
Of the aspiration-life.

My heart is afraid
Of the desire-life.

8.

My mind loves
Daring intensity.

My heart loves
Illumining immensity.

9.

My mind wants me
To be a world-shaking warrior.

My heart wants me
To be a world-elevating inspirer.

10.

My mind's supremacy
Wants to change the world.

My heart's ecstasy
Wants to arrange the world.

11.

Hesitation
Precedes my mind.

Satisfaction
Precedes my heart.

12.

My mind loves to take
Confusion-extension exercises.

My heart loves to take
Confusion-extinction plus
Illumination-expansion exercises.

13.

My mind asks God,
"God, do You live for me?"

My heart asks God,
"My Lord, will I always
Live only for You?"
