On 7 September 1976 Sri Chinmoy asked each of the visiting disciples who had not yet returned home after his birthday celebration, to give him one spiritual word which he would then enlarge upon.Disciple: Sleeplessness
Sri Chinmoy: Sleeplessness for the Supreme is the beginning of conscious oneness with the Supreme.
