34. BELIEVE IT OR NOT

O greedy pleasures,
        Believe it or not,
My vital does not
        Want you any more.

O nourishing joy,
        Believe it or not,
My heart needs you
        Badly and unmistakably.

O fulfilling satisfaction,
        Believe it or not,
My Lord has promised to me
That He will eventually offer me
Your Transcendental Soul
        And
Universal Body.
