Ketan's suggestion1Yesterday Ketan suggested that I do my one-arm pushes with 500 pounds before I do my lifting with both arms. Usually I do them afterwards, but a few months ago I did them before as a warm-up. So today I followed his suggestion and I did feel that it helped my double-arm lift.
