Question: How powerful are the hostile forces?Sri Chinmoy: One of the best disciples of one great spiritual Master became insane. He was a very great aspirant. He came from Chittagong, where I was born. When he left the ashram, he became mad, insane. He had been so close to his Master. Then he finally died. Afterwards, a disciple asked the Master, “You speak about hostile forces, but the divine force is so powerful. What can the undivine forces actually do?” The Master answered, “Yes, the divine force is really, truly more powerful, much more powerful than the hostile forces. But you are asking me what they can do. Now you see that they can take away one of my best disciples.” A hostile force did that.
