Interviewer: You have recently begun playing the organ and concentrating on keyboard music. Why did you take up the keyboard and the organ?

Sri Chinmoy: It is a matter of inspiration. I received the inspiration from within, or I can say I was commanded from within to play the organ. For years and years I have played other instruments. Then last year my Beloved Supreme, the Supreme Musician, wanted me to take up the organ. So again, I am faithfully abiding by His Decree.
