Hiya chale jai ati drutabege tanu chale ati dhire
Tanur lagiya hiyar chinta kebal takai phire
Tanu hese koy jao tumi chale samoy jakhan habe
Moreo bidhata dibe darashan e jiban kalarabe

Translation:

The heart is running very fast,
But the body is running very slowly.
The heart worries about the body; it looks behind.
The body smilingly says, “'Run at your own speed.
When the time comes, the Lord will present
Himself before me in this life of turmoil.”
