924. A daughter’s confessions

Father, I confess my insecurity.
Therefore will You not bless me?
“Daughter, I am not a priest.
Therefore I am not entitled
To accept your confession.
But I shall bless you
For something else.”

Father, I confess my jealousy.
Therefore will You not bless me?
“Daughter, I am not a priest.
Therefore I am not entitled
To accept your confession.
But I shall bless you
For something else.”

Father, what is that thing
That You will bless me for?
“Daughter, I shall bless you
Because
You are My own
Searching and struggling,
Aspiring and evolving Self.”
