7. Stars And Planets
STUDENT: “How many stars and planets are there in the sky?”TEACHER: “First of all, I never had any occasion to enter into the sky. What is worse, you are asking me a question which can only be answered at night. Now what you and I can see, as it is daytime, is the sun, blazing sunshine; the stars and planets are sleeping now. I simply can’t disturb their sleep. ‘Sleep, babies, sleep. When you wake up, I shall count you all unerringly to answer my student’s unpardonable question.’”
