Translation:

Lord Supreme,
If You had given me
Even an iota of devotion,
Then with that devotion
I would have run toward You.
Alas, you have not given me
Love and devotion.
You have given me only
The desire to expect everything from You.
I stand always before You
With two empty hands.
I never give anything to anyone;
I only want everything from everyone.
Let me not be embarrassed any more;
Let me follow You.
Let me also become like You —
The magnanimity of Your divine Heart.
